My Fitness tests graphs







WHAT did I learn?: I learn't that you have to try very hard and persever to get the times or number of something you want.
WHAT did I do well?: I think that I did the skipping very well and I got a good number of skips every week.
WHAT is my next learning step?: I think next time I will try to do it non-stop on step ups and skipping and try to go faster on the ins and outs and tennis ball run.

  1. Wow Kate. Great graphing of your fitness...it is interesting to see you graphs are high in Week 3 and a bit lower in week 4. If you talk to Dad and Me both of our training programmes go hard for 3 weeks, with a rest in the 4th. I wonder if it is because our bodies are needing a rest by then?
